The Dual Discrepancy/Consistency (DD/C) Method is one of the patterns of strengths and weaknesses methods for identifying a specific learning disability. The tool that can assist evaluators with this method is the Cross-Battery Assessment Software System (X-BASS).  This one-day session will cover the conceptual foundations of the DD/C model, guiding principles for accurate utilization of the model, and basic software manipulation within the context of a case study.

This session will be designed with beginner users in mind and a refresh of updated practices for more advanced users.
