This AU 101 session will be geared towards paraprofessionals supporting students with Autism in schools. 

In this session you will discover the ins and outs of Autism Spectrum Disorders and ways to set up a successful classroom environment for your students with ASD.  This session provides information on the components of Autism Spectrum Disorders including defining the characteristics of ASD, identifying evidence based practices to address the behavioral, social, and communication needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and practical application of the practices.
