This session focuses on helping educators understand and implement the Texas Pre-Kindergarten Guidelines for the Language and Communication Domain.

Through hands-on activities and group discussions, teachers will learn about the importance of early language and communication development and how it impacts a child's overall academic success. The content will be divided into the following skills: listening comprehension, speaking (conversation), articulation, vocabulary, and sentence structure. Teachers will gain a collection of practical strategies to use in the classroom.
