SPEDucator Series: Teamwork and Transitions This session explores the key theme of Effective Teams from the Rubric of Effective Practices for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities. Topics include developing effective teams, roles and responsibilities of team members, planning effective meetings, ensuring everyone is making data driven decisions in the classroom, and determining best practices to facilitate transitions between educational environments for students with disabilities.
