Ramp up Your PLC: Coaching Effective Planning Protocols (Concurrent)
Instructional coaches! Would you like  to ramp up your planning PLCs? Then join us for this powerful & practical 1.5 day session! You will learn how to lead teacher's through a planning protocol to develop their capacity for crafting strong lessons. Daily objectives will be derived from the TEKS and will reflect the level of rigor seen in required state assessments.  Brief exit tickets will be written based on highest priority standards, and exemplar responses will indicate what students must do to show mastery. Our 1/2 day together, will focus on examining plans for alignment, identifying gaps, & determining next steps for coaching.
