Objectives: Develop a Person-Centered Plan and Circle of Support
Participants will understand the importance of person-centered planning and circles of support. Information will be provided on the process of developing and implementing person-centered plans and connecting these plans to the lives of their student(s). This is the last session of this three-part series.
This is a series of three sessions on the following dates:
April 11 - Develop a Person-Centered Plan and Circle of Support 1:00 - 3:00 pm
April 15 -Your Money - Benefits & Work 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
April 17 - Applying for Disability Benefits 6:00 - 8:00 pm
You may attend any or all sessions but must preregister for each session separately.
