Session Overview:
- Experience the student screener and diagnostic assessments to see how they place students
- Experience student navigation of learning paths and the student interface in general
- Discuss recommended student best practices and brainstorm additional strategies
- Explore the teacher interface and best practices for managing student data weekly
- Explore additional reports in Pathblazer that assist with grouping students and monitoring from an administrative level
- Learn how to adjust student assignments, if needed
- Prepare to facilitate Pathblazer Fast Start sessions within school districts
- Prepare to support teachers and administrators in utilizing Pathblazer to accelerate student understanding
PM session audience: Intermediate/Advanced User
Session Overview:
- Discover ways to progress monitor through tools such as the Student portfolio, assignments, dashboard, class progress, weekly progress reports, and supplemental resources
- Provide examples of strategies to use to reinforce ELA/R Figure 19 activities
Identify activities and strategies to help ELLs succeed in Pathblazer
- Learn how to use and assign single standard assignments based on the TEKS
- Determine when and how to assign students to next grade level diagnostics and learning paths
