 Healthier nurses, healthier schools; it starts with you!  First learn from Dr. Patricia Sulak as she presents the most up-to-date, scientifically validated medical information on proven lifestyle habits that can dramatically decrease one’s odds of dying or becoming disabled.  Share this information with your family and staff.  Children's Hospital in Dallas will provide speakers on important issues for you to better care for your students.  Issues include trauma, headaches, seizures, and bullying. A special speaker will also present the newest legislation and discuss advocacy for nurses.

Important Session Information:


This workshop will provide 7 hours of  CEU/CPEs for educators, and any staff interested in student health.

Continuing education credit for nurses will be offered onsite for $10.

Coordinated School Health Co-op members may attend at no additional fee.

Registration starts at Region 12 at 8:00 am on June 27, 2017.

Remember to bring your audiometer to be calibrated. The calibration fee is $60, which a $5 increase from last year.
