Engaging Learners: 21st Century Skills that Impact Success (ALISEN)




Active Learning requires a lot from students. Students not only need to be prepared to gather information and gain insight, but they must also be able to effectively communicate that knowledge in oral and written formats. Join this session to investigate 5 important 21st Century Skills necessary for success in an Active Learning model of teaching. During this session you will be introduced to the Active Learning Institute for Student Engagement Network (ALISEN).

Important Session Information:


Participants can receive up to 6 hours credit if they choose to stay after lunch and plan using the materials and knowledge gained from the training.
