Grading and Progress Monitoring for Students with Disabilities, K-12
Share
Grades should accurately reflect the student’s relative mastery of the curriculum. This becomes especially challenging when teachers are also implementing IEPs for students receiving Special Education services. In this session, participants will examine the state requirements for grading and monitoring progress towards IEP goals, how the two are related, and how having effective systems in place ensure accurate, meaningful, and consistent reporting that is supportive of learning.
