Behind the Words: What Students’ Writing Tells Us, Grades 4 and 7
Share
Scoring writing is messy business. The good news is those perplexing papers provide detailed information about students’ writing abilities and can be used to inform instructional decisions. This interactive session will allow teachers to analyze the TEA writing rubric, scoring guide writing samples, and the writing prompts to determine appropriate academic tasks to help students grow as writers.
