Growing Leaders to Build Capacity




The importance of teacher quality is a key determinant of student success. This 5 day course will instruct teacher leaders in how to work with adult learners to establish purposeful community in order to create capacity and sustainability for the campus. Topics include: Characteristics of Adult Learners; Managing Change; Establishing Clear Goals; Building a Purposeful Community; and Leadership Matters.
