3-12 Social Studies: Journals, Foldables and Word Walls-Oh My!




This road to knowledge is paved with fun, hands-on activities that allow students to take control of their own learning. Our journey will emulate a student's experience as we build manipulatives and work through activities designed to focus on key social studies concepts. Participants will create interactive notebooks and word walls; assemble and use a  visual word wall; and design and practice meaningful journaling activities. Join us as we discover how hands on learning  empowers students for success.
