Texas High School Diploma 101: Boundaries and Possibilities

Join us for an overview of the requirements for a Texas High School diploma, and a comprehensive look at possible combinations and considerations of pathways for Foundation Plan (HB 5) students as they progress toward graduation. In this training, you will have the opportunity to participate in discussions regarding your school's current pathways and endorsements and potential future options while following Chapter 74 guidelines. Participants will receive the Chapter 74 "Handbook" with note-taking pages and transcript checklists as a useful resource and guide.

Navigating the process for handling diplomas in Texas can be complex and detailed. In this session, participants will walk through the updated Texas Diploma 101 Handbook, and review necessary considerations for ensuring fidelity in recording data on the Academic Achievement Record (AAR) for students as they progress through high school academia.
