PLCs will be held via Zoom according to the following schedule:

October 18, 2017: Transition to Independent Living
(Access support for: SSI/SSDI, life-planning, special needs trusts, guardianship, supported decision-making, CLASS, HCS, HOCTIL, etc. to meet Independent Living transition goals.)

November 30, 2017: Job-Carving & Non-Traditional Employment Options
(How to match needs of employers with skills of students to create niche jobs; how to facilitate entrepreneurial and other non-traditional employment options.)

March 1, 2018: Graduation & Summaries of Performance
(Tips for a smooth graduation; creating meaningful SOPs.)

April 9, 2018: SPP 13 & SPP 14 Training
(Review TEA guidelines for reporting SPP 13 & 14; explore systems for easy data collection.)
