G/T: Twice Exceptional Students and G/T Services




Come be a part of this new training designed to give participants the tools needed to be successful in the world of twice exceptionality, where G/T and Special Ed meet. Based on the Texas State Plan for Gifted Students, the training will include understanding the characteristics, special needs and service options of the twice exceptional learner; examining identification and assessment processes, as well as curriculum and instruction of these learners; and exploring family and community resources. This session counts as six hours continuing G/T credit.
