Early Childhood Webinar Series: Promoting Social and Emotional Competence in the Prekindergarten Classroom

The development of social and emotional skills is just as essential as the development of cognitive skills for young children. Join this online course to explore building relationships and creating supportive environments, develop social emotional teaching strategies,  and identify and apply evidence based practices for prekindergarten students exhibiting challenging behaviors.

This hybrid session combines webinar based professional learning,  classroom application assignments, and direct virtual interaction in a professional learning community with an early childhood instructional coach. The virtual learning sessions are one hour in length and scheduled to allow participants ample time to complete the application assignments between sessions.
