Reading and Writing in the K-5 Science Class
Share
Science isn’t just about experiments. Students must be able to read and write about science! Come explore research-based and engaging instructional practices that promote literacy in the science classroom. In this K-5 session, participants will learn how to incorporate reading and writing strategies to support students as they learn complex science concepts. Strategies will include vocabulary, text feature and organization, and writing prompts.
