Join me for a ‘make and take’ session applicable to the Figure 19 Skills and Standards. You will practice active reading strategies through the students' lens, design a rigorous plan to meet students’ needs with authentic products to ensure students are critically thinking and engaged in the text.
The goal is to build passionate readers regardless of ability and to apply research based strategies effective for all students.
