Secondary Social Studies, Grades 6-12

Join this collaborative, hands on session to explore and discuss social studies standards and what they really mean and look like in the classroom setting. Make your social studies content flow and have fun doing it. Participants will collaborate in developing a planning mindset by bundling and connecting the TEKS to create a cohesive year. We will create a plan that incorporates critical vocabulary, resources, activities, and connections to help present lesson that engage students.
