Blended Session




Research indicates that an integrated approach to learning aligns with the way the brain naturally processes and adopts new information. Since Mathematics and Science are integrated into the world outside the classroom, it seems only reasonable that these subjects are targeted together. Join us in this blended learning session to explore and design activities that would enhance teaching and learning of Math and Science in grades K through 2nd.


Important Session Information:


Do not miss the opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12. This 6 hour session begins with 4.5 hours of face to face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm followed by a 1.5 hour outside learning experience. 

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. Participants may stay at the conclusion of the face-to-face portion of the session to begin work on the outside learning experience.

Please bring your own device if possible.
