In this session, instructional leaders will explore practices to cultivate a culture of growth and development by integrating the ideas and practices of coaching throughout the school community. We will explore intentional coaching practices to individually and collectively align our skills, knowledge and responsibilities to the role of the administrator as an instructional leader. This training will provide tools to enhance planning, reflecting, problem-solving and instructional capabilities and practices for ourselves and the staff we coach.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 12 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 10 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 3:00pm each day accompanied by 2 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. Participants may stay at the conclusion of the face-to-face portion of the session to begin work on the outside learning experience.

Please bring your own device if possible.
