Blended Session




A one size fits all classroom will not work for today’s learners. Every student deserves an opportunity to learn in a way that is relevant and engaging.  As educators, it is important that we recognize this and design meaningful learning experiences that will engage and empower, while still addressing the TEKS.  We will explore the differences between activities and experiences as we practice changing our mindset. In this experience, learn innovative ways that you can make this a reality in your own classroom.

Important Session Information:


Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. Participants may stay at the conclusion of the face-to-face portion of the session to begin work on the outside learning experience.

Please bring your own device if possible.
