Teachers Law School; Civics Foundation
This session is for 5th, 8th, US History, Mock Trial and Government Teachers

The Waco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates will present its second Teachers Law School (TLS) at the Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. This day-long event will help you shape your instruction in civics and make our students stronger participants in today’s democracy. Don't miss this opportunity to obtain civics instruction tools for your classroom. This program is not your typical professional development presentation. Rather, it is a dynamic and informative day-long presentation designed primarily for middle and high school civics educators. The TLS combines engaging and notable speakers, lively discussion and a wealth of resources, all of which are aimed at providing teachers with the tools they need to infuse quality civics instruction into their classrooms.
