Ethics for Evaluation Personnel
Ethics and Professional Issues for LSSPs in 2018

In this session, we will examine ethical issues that commonly occur for individuals providing psychological services and/or evaluations in the school setting.

Important Session Information:

In this workshop, participants will hear from a current Board member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) about recent changes in Board Rules,  along with other ‘hot button’ ethical issues for LSSPs. Participants will learn about frequently asked questions regarding Board rules and what kind of acts or omissions lead to disciplinary action by the Board. The workshop is interactive and participants are encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussion of relevant topics during the presentation.

This session meets the ethics requirement for LSSPs.
