Child Nutrition Culinary Training
Back to the Basics



Come experience a hands on culinary training from a professional chef to help improve your cooking skills.  A range of topics will be covered to include knife skills, weights and measures, using a standardized recipe, and basic culinary techniques.  School food service appropriate recipes will always be used.
