Instructional Coaches' Academy
Blended Session




As an instructional coach, instructional specialist, or even teacher leader, you have the task of improving teaching and learning without evaluating others. You don't have to do it alone! Join us for a year-long journey of learning and networking through the ESC Region 12 Instructional Coaches' Academy. This academy will consist of three face-to-face meetings during which we will examine instructional coaching strategies and techniques, coaching tools, professional development planning and evidence-based teaching practices. Throughout the year, participants will engage in a book study and network with other coaches using a discussion board platform. The session fee includes a $40 materials fee.

Materials fee of $40 for Instructional Coaching book is included in the fee.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this 24 hour innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This session includes 4 days of training. Each 6 hour day of training includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of each session. Participants may stay at the conclusion of the face-to-face portion of each session to begin work on the outside learning experience.

Please bring your own device to each session if possible.
