Child Nutrition Wellness Policy




A Wellness Policy is required for all school districts.  With the new Wellness Policy requirements, many schools are struggling to include all of the necessary pieces in their policy.  Join us as we explore resources and templates to create a Wellness Policy that covers the areas of public involvement, specific nutrition goals, nutrition guidelines for all food and beverages, policies for f&b marketing, annual progress reports, triennial assessments, and public updates.

Join us as we explore the basics of creating or updating your Wellness Policy and learn easy ways you can evaluate your current policy to comply with the annual and triennial assessment required for your policy.
