A Systems Approach to School Improvement
Blended Session

This session focuses on creating a system-wide approach for improving instruction that results in increased student success. We will look at best practices and how administrators can create permanent change by synthesizing initiatives, using leading and lagging indicators, and data to develop an integrated approach that supports the development of a campus-wide system and plan. This session will pull from the work and research of Robert Marzano and others to help administrators work towards creating high reliability schools.
