ESSA/Title I Fiscal Issues




Participants will receive information on the fiscal requirements for ESSA and specifically Title I, Part A.  Topics will include campus selection, eligibility, allocations, consolidated administrative funds, combining funds, REAP/transferability, supplement/supplant, maintenance of effort, comparability of services, and allowable expenditures under the New Edgar.  This session provides opportunities for Title I campus principals and Federal Program staff to network and discuss best practices.
