Blended Session - Designing Experiences For Today's Learners




How do you teach a generation with an 8-second attention span? Gen Z is unlike anything that we have had in our classrooms before.  Because of instant access to information and the power to share ideas, our role of educators should be changing.  In this learning experience, we will explore why this generation brings so much to the table and how we can use their abilities to make learning relevant and engaging.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 3 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 1.5 hours of virtual face-to-face professional development from 7:00 pm - 8:30pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session.
