What does a classroom look like that supports a balanced literacy framework? How do you use the IFD to plan for all components of that framework? This planning cohort will apply the knowledge gained from the Balancing Literacy with the Instructional Focus Document of TEKS Resource System, and provide you with four afternoons throughout the year to plan for upcoming units. The planning cohort meetings will be collaborative sessions that will support your ELAR planning.
Participants will receive an hour of prep time for each planning meeting, for a total of 3 CPE hours per meeting.
