Supporting Transition in the Special Education Classroom, PK-12




Participants will begin with a global view of transition at all stages, learn the requirements of post-secondary transition, and explore ways we can build and support post-secondary transition goals throughout the school years. This session is equally applicable to elementary, middle, and high school teachers.
