Blended Session




Discover the ins and outs of Autism Spectrum Disorders and ways to set up a successful classroom environment for your students with ASD.  This session provides information on the components of Autism Spectrum Disorders including defining the characteristics of ASD, identifying evidence based practices to address the behavioral, social, and communication needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and practical application of the practices into your classroom!

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. 

Please bring your own device if possible.
