This session addresses the ins and outs of working with paraprofessionals in the special education classroom.  Topics discussed in this session will include roles and responsibilities, planning, training, inclusive settings, and building relationships.  Teachers will go back to their classrooms with a plan for effectively working with their classroom paraprofessionals.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. 

Please bring your own device if possible.
