This session will give an overview of the concepts and strategies that develop positive behavior skills in students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Participants will learn about the components of applied behavior analysis, research based strategies that teach and develop positive behavior skills, and planning for the prevention and intervention of specific behavioral needs.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm accompanied by 1.5 hour(s) of outside learning experience.

Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. Please pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. 

Please bring your own device if possible.
