Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED
per AHA guidelines




The AHA's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course is a classroom, instructor-led course designed to prepare students to provide first aid and CPR, and to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Upon successful completion of the course, including a first aid skills demonstration and a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED course completion card, valid for two years.

Coordinated School Health Co-op attends for FREE.


Important Session Information:


Per American Heart Association newest guidelines (2015), this CPR and AED training is instructor-led with video and adult, child, and infant manikins. Choking is also covered. CPR can be done on floor or a table (your choice).  There is no written test in this course but skills have to be correctly demonstrated.
