Graphing Calculators in the Secondary Classroom
Blended Session




Looking for more ways to meaningfully incorporate the graphing calculator into your secondary classroom? Join us for a day of hands-on exploration as we look at the graphing calculator as a CDT - Concept Development Tool, rather than a magical box of random answers.

This session is open to middle and high school teachers using either the TI 84 or the TI Nspire. You are welcome to bring your own calculator although technology will be provided during the session.


Important Session Information:


Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm followed by a 1.5 hour outside learning experience.

  • Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date.  
  • Pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session.
