Blended Session




SAT, ACT, and TSI are all measures of College Readiness and have common themes, although there are distinct differences between them. In this session, we will compare and contrast the nature of each test, the ramifications for accountability, and how we as educators can support our students for success.

Important Session Information:


Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm followed by a 1.5 hour outside learning experience.
 

Please note:

  • Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date.  
  • Pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. 
  • Participants may stay after the conclusion of the face-to-face portion of the session to begin work on the outside learning experience/assignment.
