Lining Up for Linearity in Middle School Math
Blended Session

Building a foundation of understanding for the different types of linear relationships and the real world phenomena they model is a vital part of middle school math.  Making connections between tables, graphs, equations, and verbal descriptions as they apply to proportional and non-proportional relationships is a skill necessary for all higher-level math classes.   Help prepare your students for this critical topic by joining us as we look at the progression of linearity from 6th to 8th grade, making  connections to problem-solving and data in the real-world.
