Focus on Formulas in Middle School Math
Blended Session




The struggle is real.  From 6th-grade to 8th-grade, formulas continue to be a perplexing topic for students.  In this session, we will investigate middle school math formulas from all angles and explore implementation strategies that will help build understanding for application far beyond plug and chug.

Enhanced Curriculum Co-op members may attend at no additional cost.

Do not miss this opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12 combining online and face-to-face learning. This 6 hour session includes a brief pre-session activity, 4.5 hours of face-to-face professional development from 9:00am - 2:30pm followed by a 1.5 hour outside learning experience.

Please note:
Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date. 

Pay careful attention to the start and end times for the face-to-face portion of this session. 

Please bring your own device if possible.
