Poverty: Mindful Movement and Breathing for Managing Stress and Focus
Blended Session

Don't miss this session designed to support students (and teachers) who struggle with stress and focus. This session will discuss breathing strategies and movement strategies designed to calm the limbic system and focus the brain. Neurobiology shows that the things you do and the thoughts you have change the firing patterns and chemical composition of your brain. Help change your brain for the better and those of your students by learning to better manage stress and focus through mindful movement and breathing activities.

Enhanced Curriculum Co-op attends for no additional charge.
