Child Nutrition Summer Conference
2019 Summer Workshop




This multi-day conference provides professional development for food service personnel in all areas of compliance for the National School Breakfast Program (NSBP) and the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

Important Session Information:


This Conference will offer both 3 hour classes & 6 hour classes. Classes will be first come, first serve. Some classes will only be offered 1 day. 


3 hour: Team Building, Customer Service, Meal Pattern, Kitchen Math, Counting & Claiming, Menu Planning, Smart Snacks, HACCP, Health & Wellness, Using free Resources to Market your program, Culinary
6 hour: Food Production Records,Financial Management, Eligibility Guidance.
