As an instructional coach, instructional specialist, or even a teacher leader, you have the task of improving teaching and learning without evaluating others. You don't have to do it alone!  Join us for a year-long journey of learning and networking through the ESC Region 12 Instructional Coaches' Academy. This academy will consist of three full-day, and two half-day face-to-face meetings. During this time, we will focus on effective communication, and examine instructional coaching strategies and techniques, coaching tools and protocols, professional development planning, and evidence-based teaching practices. Throughout the year, participants will engage in a book study and network with other coaches.

The session includes a $25 materials fee.
