Managing people is often the hardest part of running any food service business.  Join us as we delve deeper into different management principles and schools of thought to help make you a more effective kitchen manager.

Each month you will receive timely information on a key topic that affects you as you tackle the responsibility of effectively managing your School Nutrition business.

Motivating Your Staff  -  Do you get the feeling that your staff is in a slump?  Are they discouraged by work that never ends?  This session will provide a crash course on simple ways you can inspire and motivate your staff without using monetary incentives.  We'll help you create a game plan for daily and weekly encouragement that will help change the culture of your kitchen in to the positive workplace it can be.
