Partner with us to create, monitor and accomplish your goals in instruction, data management, and collective efficacy to substantially increase student and staff performance. Your team will develop a momentum plan that includes action steps to bring out the best in your school. Join a collaborative network of leaders across Central Texas who are focused on leading change for students.

Leadership Co-op members attend at no addtional fee.

This session is one of a four-part series. Each session must be registered for individually. 

The session will follow the Instructional Leadership Symposium so that leadership teams can make the most of their time away from campus.
