Leadership: Accelerating Assistant Principals

There is more to the job than managing discipline! Assistant principals have a multi-dimensional role on campuses When leveraged with intention, the assistant principal can provide crucial support for teachers and students. These sessions focus on strategies to help the assistant principal respond to the unique needs of the campus, its teachers, and students through results-driven practices. Assistant principals will use this learning to determine next steps to proactively influence the current state of conditions, overcome campus challenges, and support a positive learning culture for all.

These sessions are appropriate for both the new and veteran assistant principal as differentiation within sessions will be provided. Participants will have opportunities to work in mixed groups as well as through breakout sessions to focus on individual learning needs.
