Campus Leadership: Power Up your Professional Development

Professional Development can be a powerful strategy to ensure staff members expand their knowledge and skills to be as effective as possible; however, we often use a one-size-fits-all model to meet the needs of the masses. Principals and campus leaders are charged with "Learning for All, " and this includes increasing the capacity of campus staff. In this two-part series, presenters will focus on the purpose and function of professional development through varied structures including; differentiation, face-to-face professional development, technology, and collaboration.
