Campus Leadership: Making a Difference with Data

In this three-part series designed for the Principal as Instructional Leader, participants will first build their skills to facilitate backward design planning. Participants will then deepen their skills by learning to lead data meetings that drive and take discussions around student learning and content to another level. In the last session, participants will sustain their skills by learning to script and lead coaching conversations around an effective reteach plan that can then be linked to teacher observation, feedback, and goal setting. This powerful series has the potential to increase the impact of planning, data use, student achievement, and teacher growth.
