Most people will admit that they actively avoid taking risks, especially when it comes to their work, because of possible repercussions. Educational leaders want their teachers and staff modeling risk-taking for students, but in order for this to happen, we must support a culture of risk within our school. Using the yo-yo analogy from “Toy Box Leadership” this blended learning experience will explore and develop a plan to support divergent thinking among staff members fueling growth and opportunity for all!
